• TITLE REPORTS - Search performed of the Probate Records. Please provide on the order form a description of the property, name of current owner(s), and length of years of the desired search.
• FORECLOSURE SEARCH - Search performed of the Probate Records and the Bankruptcy Court. Please provide on the order form a description of the property and recording information on mortgage to be foreclosed.
• TITLE INSURANCE - Please provide on the order a description of the property, name of the current owner(s) and a copy of survey, together with as much pertinent information as is available.
• AD VALOREM TAX INFO - Search of the Revenue Commissions Office. Please include description of the property, parcel #, PPIN # and number of years desired to be searched.
• UCC-1 SEARCH - Search of the Probate Records. Please include the name(s) of the individual(s) or entity to be searched, together with a description of collateral.
• TIME CERTAIN SEARCH - Search preformed for a specific period of time.  Please provide on the order the recording book and page number or a description of the property to be searched, along with any other search specifics.
• CLOSING AND ESCROW

Title Reports: Title Reports are searches provided from information obtained from the Probate Court records, remitted to the customer in chronological order, citing all items recorded affecting the title to that certain property for a specified period of time.

Foreclosure Searches: Foreclosure searches provide customers information from the Probate Court records and Bankruptcy Court records applicable to the location of the parcel of property being subjected to foreclosure proceedings.

Title Insurance: Owner’s Title Policy, Mortgagee’s Title Policy, Leasehold Owner’s Title Policy, Leasehold Loan Policy & Enhanced Coverage Policies (higher premiums apply to this type of policy.) Commitments are issued upon completion of the research, stating conditions under which the company will insure the title based on the insuring underwriter guidelines. Upon satisfaction of all the requirements cited in the commitment and payment of the title insurance premium, the policy may be issued subject to any additional conditions it may deem applicable. Premium rates and any re-issue credit information may be obtained at any branch.

Ad Valorem Search: This is a search to provide information about ad valorem taxes on a specific parcel of land for a requested number of years. The Tax search will reveal if taxes are current and/or whether any taxes are past due from previous years and will also provide information on the parties who have assessed the parcel of land for the specified time period requested.

UCC-1 Search: Sometimes a secured party wishes to perfect a security interest in collateral and files a UCC-1 form with the Uniform Commercial Code Division at the State level and may also file with the County level. All filings are given an exclusive number and this search is performed on the County level to provide any information applicable to the collateral and/or name provided to be researched. State Level searches can be performed on request at an additional charge to the customer.

Time Certain Searches: Time Certain searches are usually brief searches done at the customer's request providing specific document(s) (copies) and or/information for specific periods of time.
