Founded August 10, 1982, we now have five Baldwin County locations to serve
you. We offer seven professional closing and title services and are proficient
in residential closing matters as well as in commercial transactions. We
also conduct title searches and closings for Escambia and Monroe Counties, Alabama.
Many of Southern Land Title's employees have been in the
Real Estate and Lending industry for more than twenty five (25) years. Our goal
is to expedite your service order in a courteous and professional manner. We
believe our company not only offers the best service, but also the most
accurate available.
We are authorized agents for Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company,
Stewart Title Guaranty Company and Ticor/Chicago Title Insurance Company.
