Southern Land Title, Inc. is a locally owned independent Title Agency. Founded August 10, 1982, we now have four Baldwin County locations to serve you. We offer seven professional closing and title services and are proficient in residential closing matters as well as commercial transactions. We also conduct title searches and closings for Escambia and Monroe Counties, Alabama.
Many of Southern Land Title's employees have been in the Real Estate and Lending industry for more than twenty five (25) years.
